Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Strategy & Optimization, Data Center Networking Technologies Operations, Network Infrastructures. - Complex Problem-Solving: Tackling novel challenges as the field evolves. - Critical Thinking: Assessing viability of emerging tech and market potential. - Extensive knowledge of AI operations in infrastructure - Adoption of AI techniques in Infrastructure ops - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - In-depth knowledge and experience on network designing efficient, analyzing performance, reducing latency, managing traffic, automating processes, and planning for growth, focusing on speed, reliability, cost, and security through tools like SD-WAN, load balancing, traffic shaping, AI, and continuous monitoring for better user experience and business productivity. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. - Ability to design and implement network optimization strategies Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Strategy & Optimization. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
