Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, update knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting, and collaborate with vendors while assisting service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of the technology support framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation. - Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
