Project Role Description :

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Key Responsibilities o Install, configure, and maintain macOS systems and Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Minis). o Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS-related issues including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting. o Manage user accounts, permissions, and device security settings. o Deploy updates, patches, and applications using MDM tools like Jamf or Apple Remote Desktop. o Document technical procedures and contribute to the IT knowledge base. o Collaborate with cross-platform teams to ensure compatibility with Windows, iOS, and Android environments. Endpoint Configuration & Automation o Microsoft Intune for macOS Endpoint Management o Microsoft Intune provides a comprehensive guide for managing macOS endpoints, especially for organizations using Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager o Patch & Security Management o Enforce security baselines (CIS, Microsoft), Windows hardening, and compliance configurations. o Apply and validate monthly OS and security patch updates. o Integrate vulnerability scanning and patch validation into image lifecycle. o Coordinate user acceptance and regression testing for patch deployments Application Integration & Release Management o Collaborate with application owners for packaging and integration into base images. o Conduct conflict detection, remediation, and UAT. o Release packages through structured change management processes. o Maintain SOPs and recommend process/toolset improvements[7]. Collaboration & Governance o Work with security, network, and infrastructure teams to align image standards. o Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices. o Maintain documentation, training materials, and governance frameworks[2]. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience o 7+ years of experience in Windows image engineering and endpoint management. o Deep expertise in: o Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) o SCCM / MECM (including co-management) o Windows 10/11 OS architecture o PowerShell scripting and automation o Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy o Strong troubleshooting skills using SysInternals, event logs, and memory dumps. o Experience with application packaging tools (InstallShield, AdminStudio, MSIX). o Familiarity with Citrix DaaS, AVD, and Cloud PC environments ________________________________________ Process Knowledge o Proven experience in: o Change Management (ITIL-based) o Release Management o Configuration and Inventory Management (CMDB) o SLA adherence and proactive monitoring ________________________________________ Certifications (Preferred) o Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate o ITIL Foundation Certification o PowerShell Scripting Certification o Flexera Certified Professional (InstallShield) o Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V)
