Project Role Description :

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities: Deployment & Support o Deploy applications via SCCM and Intune to LAN and remote devices. o Provide L1/L2 support for packaging and deployment issues. o Troubleshoot failed deployments and proactively resolve incidents. o Monitor and report on deployment success and SLA adherence. o Support packaging for AVD environments and troubleshoot related issues. Collaboration & Optimization o Work directly with customers to understand infrastructure and requirements. o Recommend and implement improved toolsets and automation strategies. o Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for release defect resolution. ________________________________________ Professional & Technical Skills: o Hands-on experience with: o MSI packaging, App-V, MSIX o SCCM, Intune, o Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, o MAC packaging (good to have) o Strong understanding of: o Windows OS architecture (Win 10/11), 32-bit and 64-bit systems o Knowledge of Packaging for AVD and Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop. o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills o Ability to manage SLAs and deliver high-quality support services o Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs o Good to have certifications o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate o Flexera Certified Professional (InstallShield) o ITIL Foundation Certification o Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator o PowerShell Scripting Certification (recommended) ________________________________________ Additional Information: o This role requires coordination with global teams, application owners, and support groups. o Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. o Familiarity with enterprise ITSM tools and SLA tracking is preferred. o Expected to proactively recommend improvements in tools, processes, and technologies. o 3+ years of relevant experience in application packaging and deployment. o Minimum 15 years of full-time education, with a Bachelor or engineering degree.
