Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of network protocols and storage technologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving storage-related issues. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions in a SAN environment. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for storage systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
