Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience with incident management tools and processes. - Familiarity with change management practices and documentation. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
