You will create and implement Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and support teams is essential as you assist in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
