You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcasting Media. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools. - Experience with troubleshooting techniques for various media systems. - Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration practices. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Broadcasting Media. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
