Your day will involve collaborating with vendors, implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational stability and contributing to effective service management through your analytical skills and teamwork. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcasting Media. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools. - Experience with troubleshooting techniques for various business systems. - Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing. - Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration for issue resolution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Broadcasting Media. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
