Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As an IT operation senior analyst, you will serve as the vital resource for administrating client systems. You will leverage your technical skills to manage database availability, backup, scalability, security, user management and housekeeping. You will need to communicate to Application users understanding their requirement and serve per requirement. You need to ensure zero escalation in terms of ticket handling and deliver as per industry standard and strictly adhering client SLA. Responsibilities - o Administrating daily operation on MySQL instances. o Ensuring performance, security and availability of databases. o Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery etc. o Troubleshooting and resolve database structural issues, performance issues. o Collaborate with application and other operation teams. o Performing patching , upgrade and instance validation during OS maintenance. Technical Experience - o 4+ years of experience in MySQL Database administration with hands on experience in implementation and support o Need an in-depth understanding of database architecture o Understanding of DBA Planning Calendar for DB admin tasks o Experience with backup and recovery strategies. o Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues. o Exposure to Database backup and recovery setup and troubleshooting issues o Familiarity with high-availability and replication o Familiarity with Aurora Postgres preferred. o Familiarity with scripting languages preferred. (e.g. Python) Professional Experience- o Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills o Ability to communicate business value and manage client relationships o Ability to handle pressure environment within defined KPI/SLA o Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Educational Qualification - o 15 Years of Full time education o Knowledge on ITIL standard and best practices
