Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills : Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration, Backup and Recovery Systems

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, Backup and Recovery Systems, Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. - Storage and Backup on NetApp and PURE. - Strong understanding of storage architecture and data management principles. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving storage-related issues. - Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques for storage systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
