Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the technical support or engineering teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Manage projects, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements as needed. Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and ensure appropriate resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, DevOps, Product, Operations). Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices. Maintain documentation, including system configurations, SOPs, and training materials. Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating technical staff performance. Recommend and implement upgrades or improvements to technical systems or workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead position. Strong understanding of [systems/networking/software/devices--tailor as per job]. Proven experience managing technical teams and projects. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or similar frameworks is a plus.
