Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay's founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That's how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.
From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.8 million + happy users on Jupiter.
Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you've been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it's head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as the primary tech liaison for key business units (e.g., retail, corporate, lending, payments, etc.)
Influence tech roadmap based on business priorities and market trends
Drive strategic initiatives including digital onboarding, embedded finance, AI/ML adoption, and automation
Solution Ownership & Design
Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of scalable, secure tech solutions
Translate business requirements into solution architecture and integration plans
Collaborate with internal tech teams and vendors to execute on delivery
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
Support risk assessments and audits related to solution rollout
Program Delivery & Adoption
Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, operations, and compliance
Define KPIs to track solution performance and adoption post-launch
Lead UAT, documentation, and training for internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA preferred
6-10 years of experience in technology solutioning, or digital product delivery
Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise SaaS delivery in a regulated environment
Proven experience integrating with core banking systems, CRMs, LOS/LMS platforms, payment gateways, or cloud-native stacks
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data governance
Ability to influence without authority and align multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
