Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers to promote cybersecurity products.
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and qualify leads.
Schedule and deliver product demos via video calls or in-person meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend solutions aligned with their cybersecurity needs.
Collaborate with the sales head to develop competitive pricing strategies and close deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
Process sales orders and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for renewals and upselling opportunities.
Required Skill Set:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
2-6 years of experience in IT/software sales or business development roles.
Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domain is a strong advantage.
