Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and position relevant technology solutions.
Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design and delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline and forecast reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
2-5 years' experience in B2B technology sales (software/SaaS/IT solutions)
Experience in Education and or Luxury Bus industry vertical is an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and solution selling.
