4. Qualify leads and run discovery sessions to understand client pain points and requirements.
5. Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals, SOWs, and pricing.
6. Manage the entire sales lifecycle--from lead qualification and pitching to negotiation and closure.
7. Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) with opportunity pipeline and sales activity.
8. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Job Specification
Proven experience (7-10 years) in IT services sales, preferably in software services, SaaS, or digital transformation domains.
Strong understanding of technology stacks (Java, .NET, React, Node, Python), cloud platforms, and modern SDLC processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with international clients (especially North America and UK) is highly preferred.
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver compelling proposals.
