Location : Noida Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technology Sales Consultant to lead and oversee both technical and commercial discussions, managing the development of portfolios in Biotech, Chemistry, and Physics. This role involves supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities while driving revenue growth and strategic market expansion in India. Key Responsibilities: Lead and conclude technical and commercial discussions efficiently. Manage and develop portfolios within the Biotech, Chemistry, and Physics sectors. Provide support throughout pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring customer satisfaction. Strive to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. Contribute to strategic planning to dominate and expand market presence in India. Requirements: PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, or related fields. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated individual with a track record of meeting sales targets. Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to market expansion plans. Compensation: Cost to Company (CTC): INR 8 lakhs per annum (inclusive of fixed in-hand salary, incentive-based on revenue, and travel reimbursement) Fixed in-hand salary: Rs 50,000 per month Incentive: 1% of revenue generated Travel Reimbursement: Provided for business-related travel expenses Who Should Apply: Candidates with a PhD in relevant fields, possessing a robust technical background coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving sales growth and contributing to strategic market expansion.
