Technology Resilience Manager - Disaster Recovery

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement disaster recovery and resilience frameworks for critical IT systems.
• Conduct regular business impact analysis (BIA) and perform risk assessments to evaluate potential disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with regional and global resilience standards.
• Coordinate and test disaster recovery plans, validating their functionality and minimizing downtime risks.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting resilience and recovery practices.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to ensure stakeholder preparedness.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in disaster recovery, IT risk management, or technology resilience roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies; mastery of resilience and disaster recovery tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-centric environment.
• Experience in managing enterprise-level resilience and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) programs preferred.
