Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems while adhering to best practices for service delivery. Your typical day will involve developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, all while collaborating with various teams to align with existing standards and methods of delivery. You will engage in problem-solving and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations, ensuring that all technology solutions meet the required specifications and performance metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance service delivery. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience with system governance and compliance frameworks. - Familiarity with infrastructure management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
