Technology Operations Engineer:
Job Summary:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in End User computing support.
• Experience in Windows Client Operating System and Troubleshooting. (Win7, Win8, Win8.1, 2010 & 2011)
• Experience in installation of all kind of softwares and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Microsoft office 2016/ O365/M365 installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in installing operating system in Windows and MAC laptops.
• Experience in handling MAC Laptops and MAC Operating System with Troubleshooting.
• Understanding in TCP/IP and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Networking.
• Knowledge of Windows Services: AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS etc.
• Excellent skill in Windows and MAC Troubleshooting.
• Experience in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) from the client perspective.
• Proficient in handling Lenovo or any other make Laptops and desktops.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, advanced Excel skills or any other programming skills would be an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding in VMware Virtualization or Citrix VDI infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge on troubleshooting Cisco AnyConnect VPN issues.
• Good Knowledge in Server Hardware configuration and HP server technologies.
• Experience in Page File size management and troubleshooting
• Ability to coordinate with team while participating in project or operation.
• Expertise in responding all systems alerts - error indicators, error messages, failures, and peripheral malfunctions.
• Experience in high availability environment and alignment to process (ITIL)
• Working knowledge on Remedy tickets would be good.
• Experience in handling and supporting Video Conference issues using Microsoft Teams and with Polycom or Cisco Video Conference devices.
• Good knowledge of handling network printers.
• Experience in handling IT Assets; basically, the knowledge on IT Asset management.
