Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Technology Manager

to lead the development and management of our

medical device technology and its accompanying mobile application

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical technology, software development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

end-to-end development

of medical device technology and its mobile application, ensuring high-quality, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions. Lead a cross-functional team of

engineers, developers, and designers

to deliver innovative and reliable healthcare solutions. Drive the

software development lifecycle (SDLC)

, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Ensure compliance with

medical regulations

(e.g., CDSCO, ISO 13485, e.t.c) and industry best practices. Collaborate with

R&D, product management, and clinical teams

to align technology strategies with business objectives. Define and implement

cybersecurity measures

to protect patient data and device integrity. Stay updated on emerging

trends in medical technology, IoT, AI, and mobile applications

to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance and effectiveness. Develop and manage the technology roadmap, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
