Expertise in SQL ETL data manipulation and transformation Proficiency with Microsoft Business Intelligence MSBI tools such as SSIS SSRS Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts dimensional modeling and data governance Proficiency with data reporting tools such as SSRS Architect and implement scalable ETL solutions using SSIS Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specification Design and develop robust ETL pipelines to extract transform and load data from diverse sources databases APIs flat files Optimize performance of existing ETL workflows and ensure high data quality accuracy and reliability Conduct data validation and reconciliation to maintain consistency across systems Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and ETL tools Good communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge on Insurance domain is preferred
