Strong knowledge on Application Design and development Prior experience in technical design documentation code review and performance optimization techniques using various progress tools like Promon Profiler debugger etc Strong knowledge of Progress Database concepts indexes triggers database schema build and maintenance application performance tuning etc Exposure to Progress CDC Pro2 Eclipse PDSOE XML parsing etc Experience on team handling and mentoring taking accountability and ownership of deliverables Strong analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge on ADM Webservices AppServers Excellent written and verbal communication skills English Strong technical background willing to learn new tools and technologies Experience solely on QAD development Consulting is not preferred
