10 years of project management for automation project delivery Led and management enterprise level projects managed team of 10 resources Lead the developers to design develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real world problems Guide team to integrate Large Language Models LLMs including those by OpenAI into existing and new applications Collaborate with data scientists engineers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Communicate complex technical concepts and results to both technical and non technical audiences Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI ML and LLM technologies Contribute to research initiatives and innovation projects within the company End to end delivery ownership of large scale automation projects Manage squads project sprint planning and delivery timelines Work closely with management and multiple teams to coordinate development testing and integration activities Worked in Client managed delivery preferably Automation as a Service Working Knowledge of DevOps and associated tools for project management Working knowledge of Scrum methodology and associated ceremonies Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills
