Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (Java, Python, React, AWS)

Experience: 7 to 9 years
We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with 7-9 years of hands-on expertise in Java, Python, SQL, React, and API development, along with working knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipelines. This role is primarily focused on application development across the stack, with minimal testing responsibilities (approx. 10%) to support automation and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications using React, Java, and Python.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with secure and efficient data flows.

Write optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Docker.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and performance optimization.

Support basic test automation and ensure code quality through unit and integration tests.
Required Skills

Frontend: ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Python (Flask or Django)

Database: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB optional)

Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, basic Kubernetes

Testing (10%): Unit testing (JUnit, PyTest), basic API testing (Postman, RestAssured)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

7-9 years of experience in full stack development

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Experience with serverless architecture and AWS Lambda

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices
