Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software development Excellent understanding of C# programming language and .NET platform, mainly ASP.NET 6. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability and availability Good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills Work closely with operations, SRE, DevOps and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance Proactively identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase and products Nice to have: Understanding of system design and architecture for the cloud applications Understanding or previous experience of working with solutions deployed with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Experience working with Redis, Apache Kafka and building event sourcing systems will be a plus. About the interview process: Phone screening with our HR, where we will tell you about the company and answer some of your questions. Technical interview with the team to evaluate your knowledge of .NET platform, C# and some core problem-solving skills. System Design interview with the team where you will need to design a sample product or a system. The problem will be a broad and ambiguous. You should pin down the requirements. Try to talk about both high level concepts and details associated. We expect you to drive this part of interview. Checking both your communicational and architecture skills. The candidate should be able to work independently or in a cross-functional team in multitasking and dynamic environment. A good understanding of financial industry or services is a plus.
