About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Customer facing Engineering Leader with over two decades of experience spanning hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and business growth. The primary goal is to translate customer business challenges into successful solutions that drive revenue and long-term partnership for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership capabilities, with proven success in driving solutioning, customer engagement, and technology strategy across global delivery environments.



Key Responsibilities



Participate actively in conversations with stakeholders, proposals, and solutioning activities to support business expansion.

Drive excellence in technical delivery and innovation across the verticals.

Work closely with business and customer stakeholders to define and deliver strategic technology solutions, offering pitches.

Apply strong technical and architectural understanding to guide teams on application and product engineering initiatives.

Collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure project success.

Represent the organization in customer discussions, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI and its application in engineering projects, and drive adoption where relevant.



Qualifications & Skills

20+ years of progressive experience in engineering, architecture, and leadership roles.

Strong understanding of application architectures, software engineering practices, and product development life cycles.

Proven track record of building and leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex solutions.

Hands-on technical background with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions when needed.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.

Experience in proposals, and solution design across multiple domains.

Awareness of AI technologies and their impact on modern engineering practices.

Willingness to travel onsite for customer and project engagements.
