Role Overview

As an

Observability Engineer

at Amdocs, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining observability solutions that ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with cross?functional teams to build monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks that provide deep visibility into applications and infrastructure.


What will your job look like?

Design and implement observability solutions using industry?leading tools.


Develop dashboards, alerts, and metrics to monitor system health and performance.


Automate data collection, visualization, and reporting for proactive issue detection.


Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to improve system reliability.


Troubleshoot production issues by leveraging observability platforms.Drive best practices for monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing across teams.


Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in observability and monitoring.


All you need is...

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in observability engineering, DevOps, or system reliability roles. Strong problem?solving skills and ability to work in a fast?paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
