Summary: As a Strategic Learning & Leadership Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping executive capability and organizational resilience in a rapidly evolving business and technology landscape. Your day-to-day will involve managing complex stakeholder interlocks, designing leadership development strategies, and operationalizing global learning programs that deliver measurable business impact. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging behavioral science, technical fluency, and program management expertise to drive transformation at scale. Roles & Responsibilities: -Serve as a strategic partner to MD/VP-level stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing interlocks across global business units. -Lead the design and delivery of executive learning programs, integrating behavioral science and psychometrics for measurable outcomes. -Own portfolio management for interconnected, high-risk programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational priorities. -Facilitate executive-level workshops and large-scale sessions with mastery, ensuring high-impact engagement. -Establish and track Return on Learning (ROL) metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. -Act as a subject matter expert in leadership development architecture and behavioral interventions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proven expertise in Strategic Stakeholder Management with 5+ years influencing MD/VP-level leaders. -Strong technical grounding in at least one domain (Cloud, Data, or Engineering) and AI/GenAI fluency. -Deep knowledge of behavioral science, psychometrics, and executive coaching (ICF certification preferred). -Mastery in facilitation and performance measurement for leadership programs. Good to Have Skills: Experience navigating multiple technology shifts (e.g., Mainframe to Cloud). Global exposure in managing complex learning portfolios. Additional Information: - Minimum 18 years of experience across stakeholder management, technology, and leadership development. -Location: Bengaluru Office. -15 years of full-time education required.
