Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve designing and delivering training sessions that focus on foundational technology skills, professional development, and industry-relevant content. You will also engage in the development of course materials and assessments, ensuring that the training provided is both comprehensive and applicable to real-world scenarios. Collaborating with various teams, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs, helping to shape the future of technology education. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sustainability Strategy. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs in technology. - Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. - Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Sustainability Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
