Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology talent remains relevant in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with colleagues to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided meets industry standards and prepares participants for future challenges. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Experience with various training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning. - Ability to create and curate high-quality educational content that aligns with industry standards. - Familiarity with assessment design and evaluation techniques to measure learner progress. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
