Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in GenAI technologies to support asset development, training delivery, and content creation. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable learning solutions and enablement assets for internal and external stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies. - Collaborate with SMEs to create GenAI-based learning assets and enablement tools. - Deliver technical training sessions and workshops on AI/ML and full-stack development. - Participate in curriculum design and content development for GenAI enablement. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning. - Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Angular, JavaScript, and MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience in GenAI development. - Experience in training delivery or content creation is highly desirable. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly formats. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - 5+ years experience in developing GenAI assets or tools. - Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - Experience in instructional design or technical enablement.
