Job Description

The Data Enablement team is responsible for Enabling LSEG to make better data driven decisions and govern data through strategic data and analytics platforms. The Senior Delivery Manager role in the team will be involved in design and delivery of cost saving solutions for Business Units employing automation and/or simplification of workflows through efficient use of technology.

WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

This Team is part of the Corporate Technology supporting stakeholders across LSEG business units with technology solutions to provide teams with relevant data to perform their role, utilising strategic technology tooling.

Required Core Skills

Strong communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation at the appropriate level of detail.

Ability to extract, articulate and refine requirements from users and stakeholders * Collaborate with teams across the business to understand source systems, source data and data flows to build out solutions to meet the required business outcomes.

• Able to drive agreed requirements through the Agile development lifecycle
• Proficient working in an agile development team environment.
• Creating, maintaining and sharing process and analysis documentation.
• Prioritizing work based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring the sprint deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• A good grasp of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Excel, and BI Tools.
• Present ideas clearly and simply in demonstrations and documentation.

Desired skills

• Experience of the LSEG D&A Business Unit suite of products and delivery of these would be a bonus.
• High level knowledge of the equipment and architecture of LAN and WAN networks, along with networking basics would be beneficial
• Knowledge of SQL or other Database query languages
• Understanding of database structures
• Understanding of APIs
