Job Title : Technology Delivery Lead

Location : Remote, Full-Time (India)

Experience: 8 - 12 Yrs.

Shift Timing: 7.00 PM IST - 3.30 PM IST (5 days a week)

Note: We are seeking candidates who are available to join immediately or within 30 days.

Tech skills: Java, .NET, or MERN stack with any cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP)

We are looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to manage and oversee the delivery of large, complex technology projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes while managing service quality, cost, and scope. You will also play a key role in supporting pre-sales activities through innovative and delivery-focused solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex technology projects using appropriate project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum). Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business analysis and technology solution delivery. Manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources in collaboration with project sponsors. Drive service quality and manage cost to ensure profitability and long-term success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to delivery teams. Proactively support sales and pre-sales through innovative, scalable solutions and delivery excellence. Manage and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to Agile practices and maintaining high team performance. Directly manage and interact with US-based customers; prior experience working with international clients (especially US) is critical.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven track record of managing service delivery, quality assurance, and cost efficiency. Experience in at least one of the following technologies: Java, .NET, or MERN stack. Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is mandatory (at least one). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities. Experience managing geographically distributed teams is a plus.
