Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
