Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will drive profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in managing large-scale technology projects. - Ability to analyze and mitigate project risks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
