Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the expectations of all involved parties, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with financial management and cost control in project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
