Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and drive organizational success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
