Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects that require a deep understanding of technology and its application in the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex systems and processes. - Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
