Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices. - Experience with system integration and data migration related to HCM solutions. - Ability to analyze and interpret compensation data to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements in compensation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
