Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data integration and reporting tools. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
