Job Description

About the Role
Salesforce data management & application support:
Involve from start of the case all the way through the deployment and will actively lead and manage requirements gathering, validation/testing and deployment of the case
Commercial analytics and Salesforce data management support
Salesforce Administrator and Data management
Manage case queue and bring the cases pertaining to data management to closure

Responsibilities
Intake and resolve various salesforce user requests
Perform data quality management using data quality tools, such as active prime or demand tool.
Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity. Execute data migration and data quality requests.
Take initiative to improve support processes, decrease delivery time, and improve customer satisfaction.
Train new and existing users on how to use database applications, keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate opportunities, contacts, and accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required
Address data management and quality issues that arise in form of cases
Train and on-board Salesforce.com users in reporting requirements, data entry, and data security procedures, and develop and update related materials and resources
Help salesforce reporting for U.S businesses on pipeline reporting and other individual user ad-hoc report requests

Essential Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in related field required
5 to 10 years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator, ideally in an environment managing 500 users
Salesforce certification
Hands-on experience with all types of SFDC admin tasks.
Thorough knowledge/experience working with custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows in Salesforce.
Knowledge in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and Java.
Distinguishes between critical and irrelevant pieces of information. Gathers information from a variety of sources to reach a conclusion.
Should be flexible to stretch as per business requirement

Desired Qualifications
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with analyzing and querying data using SQL.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
Familiarity with loan origination systems
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, Apex, and Salesforce API.
Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively
Ability to recognize and escalate to management for any process breaches
Flexibility to work in different shifts
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking, Banking
