Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals and services offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Actively engage in networking activities to enhance the company\'s presence and reputation in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the IT services sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies, with a focus on Staff Augmentation, Web & Content Development, Social Media Management, and AI Solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
