Do you want to be one of us? Cyber Tech Strategy & Architecture is a global organization within the Tech Information Security Office. Our services focus on cybersecurity monitoring, incident management, security analytics, and cyber threat intelligence. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles and create best-fit solutions. As a Cyber Tech Security engineer, you'll be part of our global team and work with Cyber Defense stakeholders and project teams. Our role is to develop and support security systems to monitor, handle security incidents, and analyse data. Our team is global, diverse, and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications, and the businesses they support secure.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements as user stories.


Understand and evaluate the technological landscape and security solutions.


Identify and document technical data and information flows.


Develop processes to support effective operation of security solutions.


Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


Promote strong testing practices and cooperation between engineers and testers.


Champion agile best practices and ensure the team adheres to agile principles.

Skills

Must have


Strong understanding of technology and network infrastructure.


Experience developing processes for security solutions.


Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.


Strong understanding of software testing practices and approaches.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Experience with requirement definition and documentation for technology solutions.


Knowledge of operating model development and process optimization.


Good understanding of cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure).


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.


Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is a plus.
