Role Name Asst Manager - IT Type On Roll Sr.No Functions Requirement 1 Should have Technology background (BE, BTech, MCA, with programming background). Understands legacy and web technoligies architecture. Ability to work on Efforts Estimation, understanding business and technical proposals and negotiating/concluding on the cost estimates with vendor. Mandatory 2 Well versed with ITIL processes and be able to guide Production Support teams accordingly. Mandatory 3 Should possess sound knowledge of all entire Lending Life cycle for Corporate Funding - Sales Processes, Credit Processes,Loan Servicing Process and Collection Process. and ancilliary system associated with key verticals in lending Mandatory 4 Should have a sound knowledge of all Operations aspects including Login, Disbursals, Payment initiation,Repayment schedule,IRR Computation, Repayment, Different payment instruments and their processing, Allocation logic, Rescheduling, Banking-Presentation and Reconciliation, Restructuring, NPA and Termination, NOC release, OD Computation, Stautory reporting and MIS reporting etc., Mandatory 5 Work closely with the different Business Segment Managers to understand requirements and bring in new ideas to lay out the future development of the product 6 Co-ordinate with Infra team for all the Change requirements implementation in the application 7 Should possess sound knowledge of all entire Leasing Product - OL/FL/SL and Investment Products (PTC,NCD,SPV,Private placement, Syndication and Structured product etc.,)- Sales Processes, Credit Processes,Loan Servicing Process and Collection Process. and ancilliary system associated with key verticals in lending Good to have 8 Should possess good excel skills to prepare periodic reports and share with required stakeholders. Mandatory 9 Good Project planning & management Skills Mandatory 10 Will be responsible for creation of various masters like Users, Sanction limit assignment and record keeping for audit, Agency masters- DSA,DST,Sales manager,CRE,Branch,asset master,manufacturer,dealer,collateral master,Document master, general drop downs etc., Mandatory 11 Should be well organised and should have good follow up methodlogies to get the required information from different stakeholders 12 Should be inclined to support business to achieve their end business Objective 14 Understanding of DR/BCP/Recovery/Backup conceptually. 15 Should be a team player and a collaborater to get the required information from business team Mandatory 16 Should possess good communication skills to communicate effectively to get the required information from different stakeholders Mandatory 17 Should have working knowledge of SQL/PL SQL/Oracle DB or any one programming language.Should be able to extract required reports from Backup DB to facilitate business for required reporting Good to have 18 Should be willing to learn new Functional and Technical areas 19 Experience of working on any API Management platforms or SOA platforms is desirable.
