Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the overall architecture. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and architectural principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. -Experience in E2E implementation of at least 2 Insurance solutions as Tech Architect Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
