Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. Your day will involve strategizing and implementing innovative technology solutions to drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams. - Ensure compliance with architectural standards and guidelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - Strong understanding of IT architecture principles. - Experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and integration methods. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform customization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full time education is required
