Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the technology landscape. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring junior team members in their professional development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture to enhance performance and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with integration techniques and tools for SAP systems. - Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in architecture design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
