Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing architecture and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Strong understanding of system integration and interoperability. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
