Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will also engage in discussions to influence decisions and provide expert advice on best practices in technology architecture, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Mentor junior professionals in technology architecture best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with cloud architecture and services. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. - Experience in E2E implementation of at least 2 Banking solutions as Tech Architect Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
